Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it; it provides all the details about the services or products you are purchasing. Clients have the option to cancel their projects and request a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services.

Our cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:

  • For cancellations, please get in touch with us via contact us.
  • Requests received 7 days or less prior to the current service period will be treated as cancellations.
  • We will make every effort to provide our clients with relevant design concepts. If a client is dissatisfied with our products, we will issue a refund.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be made to the same card and paid by payment gateway name to the same account.
